Refund policy

All Offaxys products are digital content delivered immediately after payment: prompt files, an online vault and source-code downloads.

Before you pay, you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is given (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), and OUG 34/2014, Article 16(m)). For this reason purchases are not refundable.

If the Vault or a download does not work, a file is damaged, or a product does not match its description, write to hello@offaxys.com within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or refund you.
