Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from offaxys.com, operated by WELCO AI SRL (the "Seller").

1. Products. The store sells digital content: the Offaxys Vault Premium, the Live 3D pack and website source-code packages. Descriptions on each product page state what is included.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency of your market. WELCO AI SRL is not registered for VAT in Romania, so no VAT is charged. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments.

3. Delivery and access. The Vault and the Live 3D pack open in your account right after payment; sign in at offaxys.com with the email address used at checkout. Source-code packages are delivered as download links by email and on the order status page. Keep your login to yourself.

4. Right of withdrawal. By buying, you ask for immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is given. See the refund policy for the exceptions we honour.

5. Licences. Each product is licensed, not sold. The Offaxys Vault licence covers the prompts, cards and builders; the source-code licence covers the website packages. The source-code licence is included in each source-code download as LICENSE.md; both licences are reproduced below. In short: use them for your own and your clients' projects; do not resell, share or publish them.

6. AI-generated material. Some images and footage in the source-code packages were made with generative AI models. They are not exclusive to you, and AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in your country.

7. Updates. Updates to products you own are included at no extra cost while the product is offered. We may change or retire individual cards.

8. Liability. Products are provided as they are. Results depend on the AI tools and third-party services you use, which we do not control. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Law and disputes. Romanian law applies, without removing protections you have under the law of your country of residence. Consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (https://anpc.ro).

Offaxys Vault licence

This licence covers the prompts, prompt cards, builders, guides and other written material in the Offaxys Vault Premium and in the Live 3D pack (the "Material").

You may

  • Paste the Material into any AI tool and use it for any number of your own projects and client projects, including paid work.
  • Edit it for your own use.
  • Keep and use everything the tools produce from it. The websites you build are yours.

You may not

  • Resell, share, publish or give away the Material, in full or in substantial part, in its original or edited form, paid or free. This includes posting prompts publicly, bundling them into another product, course, template or prompt pack, and sharing your login.
  • Use the Material to train or fine-tune a model offered to third parties.

Updates

Updates to the Material you own are included at no extra cost for as long as the Vault is offered. Offaxys may change or retire individual cards.

Access

Access is personal to the account that made the purchase.

Immediate access and withdrawal

The Material is digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you ask for immediate supply and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is given. For this reason purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise (for example if the Material cannot be accessed or does not match its description).

No warranty

The Material is provided as is. Results depend on the AI tools, models and third-party services you use, and on their prices and terms, which Offaxys does not control. Measured figures (for example model rankings and costs) are dated and will change. Offaxys is not liable for any damage arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break it, and access may be removed.

Source-code licence

This licence covers the source-code package you bought from Offaxys (the "Package"): code, scripts, configuration, documentation, textures, images and video in the archive.

You may

  • Use the Package to build, run and publish websites for yourself.
  • Use it in work for your clients, including paid client work, with no attribution required.
  • Change any part of it, combine it with your own work and ship the result.
  • Make one site per purchase public as a near-unchanged copy. A site that keeps the structure but has your own brand, copy and media is not a copy and has no limit.

You may not

  • Resell, share, publish or give away the Package, or any substantial part of its source, as source code, a template, a theme, a starter kit or a course resource, paid or free.
  • Upload it to a public repository or a file-sharing service.
  • Use the sample brand names, marks or product designs as a real brand.

Media and brands

  • The sample brand in the Package is invented. No trademark search was done; do not trade under it.
  • Some images and footage were made with generative AI models through third-party providers. They are not exclusive to you, other buyers receive the same files, and AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in your country. Replace them with your own media for a commercial brand.
  • Fonts, libraries and environment maps are under their own licences, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Those licences take precedence for those files.
  • Legal pages in the Package are drafts. Have them reviewed for your own jurisdiction.

The Package is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Offaxys is not liable for any damage arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break it. On termination you must stop using the Package and delete your copies; sites you lawfully published before then may stay online.
